"how the..?" Joker looks back to make sure Futaba is ok, he could of sworn she was out of the area of effect, but maybe not. He turns towards the scientist, "How are you even down here?" Everyone who could enter the Metaverse was present and accounted for, and if they had pulled someone in with them accidentally, there's no way they wouldn't of noticed that

There's also the fact that they seem perfectly fine without any sort of protection, they also seemed to possess a speed that a normal person could only dream of reaching

The woman shrugs. "I tend to be able to do things that are odd, for some reason."

MN drops the screen electronic she was holding and turns around, "what the fuck!"

"That isn't just odd though! You being here should be impossible." Joker has seen alot of crazy shit, this is pushing it

Behind her is a figure in a green, scaled robe. They have a feminine voice. “We were told that you would be here. I’m glad you’ve made it this far.”

The Scientist chuckled. “My friend, it should be impossible for me to be anywhere. And yet here I am.”

Joker just goes quiet, not quite sure how to respond to that comment.

MN looks back at the screen, "do you think you could help me find important shit in this?" It was probably a shot in the dark, but hey, maybe she could get something useful out of this

“That’s what I’m here for, but first you have to know what is ‘important.’ Ask me a question, and I will do my best to answer.”

“Anyways,” the Scientist said, “you don’t have to worry about me. I’m just here to observe.”

Oracle has switched her Prometheus screens to English as Huntress (that's nepeta) and her try to figure out what the Scientist is.

Flower (Xion) is helping Oracle, because she can computer too and she smart.

"Sorry if we don't feel comfortable being watched by a strange otherworldly person." Vanitas rolls his eyes.

Meanwhile, that red moth has gotten into the safe room. It probably snuck in while they were all heading in.

At this point, it'd be clear that it's not that they're having trouble sending out scans or reading info, it's that Prometheus is out right refusing to scan because the Scientist Is Not Okay.

Crow comes over to reassure them that going with their gut instinct is best and that's probably Void, hence why Prometheus doesn't want to scan it.

"Now before you try to shoot me again, let me give you a hypothesis." She chuckles at that, finding a science joke somewhat funny. Not like she has much to laugh about anymore.

"I'm assuming one of you knows about a entity who goes by 'The Mother,' yes?"

":33 < why does it matter?" Of course Nepeta knows who she is, but isn't about to outright admit it to a complete stranger of Voidish origins.

Dust kicks up in the distance of a plaza on the potd. The muffled sound of roaring motorcycles can be faintly heard, emanating from the dust cloud kicked up by their wheels. Who was ballsy enough to do that down an open street?


The massive molten sea of flames Nightmare unleashed with Soul Edge finally connects with its desired target. Setting the tree creature ablaze.

"She was an entity derived from the Writhing Sea, yet you do not identify her as a threat." The Scientist said.

Zasalamel spoke up once more, growing impatient.

"Tell your crew to get a move on. Now."

Mordred nods to them, and they get moving. The crown still has spider legs grown out of it so he can't exactly decide weather he's moving or not.

The crown releases the men and all the legs morph back into the center mass.

"Then perhaps I could earn your trust as well?"

Mordred takes a few breaths, turns, and gets on the Halberd. His men follow.

Deep inside the volcanic bowels of Red Mountain found on the island of the Dunmer, Morrowind...A tall figure with grey ski, long nails, reddish leather bracers on his wrists and ankle, but what really stole the show was what was covering his head. Put carefully over his head resting on his shoulder is a golden mask that not only covered his face but his entire head with three eyeholes. Three thick flat strips of gold were outstretched from the helmet as if they were horns.  Exquisite lines were carved into the mask itself by tools untouched by man for over a millennia...

This figure went by a name that was feared by even the gods. Notorious for dreamers. Wicked and mad to the Dunmer. Revered by the Sixth House. Dagoth ur was known throughout all of morrowind and the dream world.

In the past handful of months Dagoth had begun increasingly aware of other worlds that existed outside of Tamriel. First priority was to drive those non-dunmer mongrel dogs from Morrowind, which required finding a safer place for the heart of Lorkhan first...But what if it could be done faster? Through the Dreamsleeve Dagoth had seen into the dreams of minds that belonged to places unknown to all of Tamriel. Planet of the Displaced? The void? Personas? Stands? Pokemon? Mobius? Yharim? There was much to uncover over the Omniverse. But there were two beings that captivated Ur's interest. He planned to reach out to one right about...Now.

Another mental presence presses up against the mind of Fawful until it encompasses around his entire mind like a net. The presence in question emanated a presence one would call...Dreamy? Divine? No one knew for sure but one thing was for certain, it had a message for Fawful.

Forgive the sudden intrusion, Lord Fawful, but this is of utmost importance concerning you and the Dark Star. All will be explained by me, Dagoth Ur in a moments notice. Step through the portal if you so desire, green one. The aforementioned portal wasn't didn't seem to be there until it suddenly popped into existence to the side of Fawful.

"What do you want, exactly?" Vanitas asked, gruffly.
